Prada Group posts another resilient third quarter

Another major luxury group, alongside Hermès, to emerge from this difficult period, Prada posted further sales growth in the third quarter. However, while the eponymous brand is showing signs of improvement, it continues to decline, while Miu Miu is still enjoying strong growth.

 

The current period, which is difficult for many of its luxury competitors, continues to smile on Prada.

 

While the European Union approved the acquisition of its compatriot, the haute couture house Versace, at the end of September as compliant with competition rules, the transalpine group has once again announced remarkable performance in the third quarter. Prada grew by 8% at constant exchange rates from August to September, despite a difficult basis for comparison (+18%).

 

Nineteenth consecutive quarter of growth

The Italian group emphasizes that this is its nineteenth consecutive quarter of growth!
