The Italian Zegna Group has announced outstanding results for fiscal 2023, illustrating its leading position in the luxury goods industry. With substantial growth in organic revenues, reaching €1.9 billion, the group benefited from sustained demand for its high-end products.

On Friday April 5, the Italian Ermenegildo Zegna Group announced outstanding results for fiscal 2023, with a significant increase in revenues and profits.

Organic sales grew by a remarkable 19.3% over the full year to 1.9 billion euros. This performance was underpinned by strong demand for the Group’s luxury products. Particularly in Greater China, where sales climbed 24%.

The Group also reported an increase in net profit, which reached 135.7 million euros. This represents an impressive 107.8% increase on 2022. In addition, the profit margin increased substantially, rising to 7.1% from 4.4% the previous year.

Zegna, which floated on Wall Street at the end of 2021, announced that its EBIT reached €220 million in 2023, compared with €157.7 million in 2022.

In line with this success, the proposed annual dividend increased by 20% to 0.12 euros per share.
