Vania Lacascade takes the helm at Lancôme

At the end of May, L’Oréal has called on an experienced executive who is already part of the group, Vania Lacascade, to take over from Françoise Lehmann as global head of Lancôme. She has been with L’Oréal for 37 years and has held this position for the past 12 years.

Twelve years after being appointed global head of L’Oréal’s beauty brand, Françoise Lehmann is set to hand over the reins to Vania Lacascade this summer.

 

Françoise Lehmann has spent 37 years at L’Oréal.

 

Having held a series of senior positions at Gemey, L’Oréal Paris and Kérastase, Françoise Lehmann will have spent 37 years at L’Oréal.
