Tiffany’s, the jewelry brand owned by global luxury leader LVMH, announced today the reopening of its flagship store on Fifth Avenue in Manhattan. While the flagship was the mythical setting for the movie Breakfast At Tiffany’s, the news is making the buzz…
It’s been a long wait! The expansion of Tiffany & Co’s 11-story flagship store at 727 Fifth Avenue in Midtown, Manhattan, is nearing completion. After a four-year renovation, the jewelry store will reopen to the public on April 28.
Overseen by Tiffany’s previous management team and then by teams from LVMH, which bought the American company in January 2021, the refurbishment is one of the largest investments ever made by the luxury holding company.
What was designated as “the New York flagship” is renamed “The Landmark”. This change of name is intended to avoid confusion with other flagships of the brand, including those in Tokyo and Los Angeles.
Begun in spring 2019, the renovation project was intended to expand the luxury jewelry store.
