For over 120 years, Fouquet’s Brasserie has represented the French art of living par excellence. With the opening of a brewery in Dubai, its second in the Middle East, the group is writing a new chapter in its history.

Following on from new locations in New York and Abu Dhabi, the new Fouquet’s brewery in Dubai reflects the brand’s desire to expand its portfolio and accelerate its international expansion.

Dubai thus becomes the 12th Fouquet’s address and the second in the United Arab Emirates. The group, which belongs to the Barrière group, is preparing to offer this renowned tourist hub a renowned experience of high-flying gastronomy and French art de vivre.

Paris embalms Dubai

Located in the heart of the city, with a panoramic view of the world’s tallest tower, the Burj Khalifa, this new address is likely to sell out very quickly and become one of the must-see places in Dubai in the weeks to come.

Fouquet’s Dubai is spread over several floors, to offer guests a unique and typically Parisian experience, with a café, a brasserie and a rooftop. It gives the illusion of being on the most beautiful avenue in the world, the Champs Elysées, where the original Fouquet’s is located.

Inside the brasserie, the decor is in the spirit of Fouquet’s: red velvet armchairs, woodwork, black and white portraits by the famous Harcourt studio… Designed by Bruno Borrione, long-time partner of the famous architect Philippe Starck, this new place pays homage to the mythical Champs Elysées brasserie. Inspired by the chic and traditional style of the Parisian restaurant, the new Dubai establishment offers a unique design, both contemporary and refined.

Gourmets will discover traditional French dishes such as escargots de Bourgogne, duck foie gras terrine or the unmissable onion soup, not to mention the crêpes Suzette, the mythical mille-feuille and the Opéra.

For small pleasures, customers can lounge on the terrace of the café Fouquet’s. With its red umbrellas, its typical Parisian cafe tables and its bistro chairs, it is the occasion for a little gourmet break to enjoy a pastry or a good black coffee.

On the second floor of the brasserie, the Salon Diane is hidden. Hidden from view, the place offers an intimate and exclusive atmosphere within a private space, decorated with taste. It includes a reception room as well as a meeting room, perfectly equipped, which can accommodate about ten people.

Le Toit is located on the top floor of Fouquet’s. With all the rooftops in Dubai, it will have to make a place for itself quickly, otherwise it will be evicted. Hanging garden, refined à la carte cocktails and a festive atmosphere, this is the spirit of Le Toit. Every night, a dj will come to put glitter and joy in the Dubai parties.

A place not to be missed by food lovers and not to be missed by the many expatriates living in Dubai.
