From November to March, the 4-star establishment located at 16 Avenue d’Eylau, near the Trocadéro gardens, covers its roof terrace with a bright, heated bubble, sheltered from the cold. Named “Soleil d’Hiver” (Winter Sun), it allows guests to enjoy spectacular views of the Eiffel Tower without shivering, as well as… Montparnasse and the rooftops of Paris.

Adventurers who climb up to the hotel’s rooftop terrace can enjoy a well-deserved moment of relaxation… “Soleil d’Hiver” invites them to “get away from it all and share unique moments” in the heart of Paris and enjoy “an extraordinary experience.” An “immersive” experience that pleasantly indulges the senses.
While enjoying the exceptional panoramic view, guests can snuggle up on sofas, wrapped in cozy blankets if they wish.
Collaborations with Panier des Sens and Grey Goose
Thanks to a collaboration with Panier des Sens, the Provençal house of natural perfumes and cosmetics, Mediterranean scents caress their sense of smell.
It’s also time to celebrate, with refined cocktails and Grey Goose, the iconic vodka brand made from 100% French wheat, which is also a partner of Soleil d’Hiver.
But it is also possible to satisfy a small appetite or a more demanding one, with welcome treats throughout the afternoon and evening to meet different expectations. Every day from 4:30 p.m. to 6 p.m., fans of “Winter Tea Time” can enjoy a gourmet seasonal menu (cinnamon rolls, banana bread, carrot cake), accompanied by mulled wine, hot chocolate, or tea.
From 6:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m., foodies can also enjoy a panoramic dinner, with a “creative winter menu” that is highly comforting. On the menu: “salmon in all its forms, duck and foie gras parmentier, sweet potato tartiflette, and Mont d’Or burger”…
Finally, every day from 4:30 p.m. to 11 p.m., Soleil d’Hiver offers daily entertainment (after-work events, themed evenings, etc.).
First French location for the Canopy by Hilton brand
Opened in May 2021, the Canopy by Hilton Paris Eiffel Tower was the brand’s first location in France. Designed to imbue its establishments with the spirit of the neighborhoods where they are located, with a menu featuring mainly local cuisine, Canopy by Hilton has also been available since August 2023 in Cannes, a five-minute walk from the Croisette and the Palais des Festivals.
But Le Canopy by Hilton Paris Eiffel Tower is not just about its rooftop terrace, as attractive as it may be.
Renovated with respect for the industrial past of the 1930s building that houses it, while drawing inspiration from the Trocadéro district and the precepts of the iconic architect Le Corbusier, the establishment offers 123 modern, bright, and spacious rooms (with an average surface area of 27m²) spread over seven floors, two private, warm and flexible spaces, and a bright restaurant under a glass roof, L’Esprit Nouveau.
L’Esprit Nouveau
Located on the ground floor and decorated in an Art Deco style, the restaurant offers an à la carte menu featuring creative, seasonal French cuisine that is gourmet yet accessible.
An ideal base for tourists, close to the Champs Elysées, the Canopy by Hilton Paris Eiffel Tower also hosts professional and private events for up to 50 people for meetings and 80 people for cocktail parties.
