After a long career in the watchmaking sector, Jean-Claude Biver joined forces with his son, Pierre Biver, to launch Biver Watches in March 2023. Born from a boundless passion for the art of watchmaking, their brand is a testament to a quest for excellence and uncompromising innovation.
Biver senior has had an exemplary career as a leader in high-end watchmaking. He contributed to the turnaround of Blancpain, Omega, TAG Heuer, Zenith, and Hublot, before becoming President of the LVMH Group’s watch division. Along with his 23-year-old son, he shares a taste for high-end watchmaking. This passion has led them to a converted farm in Switzerland where they design the next timepieces for Biver Watches, in partnership with the specialized distributor, Bucherer, for the European market.
