With over 35 years of experience in the hotel and restaurant industry, Pascal Billard is set to take the reins at Le Meurice, the iconic Parisian palace owned by the Dorchester Collection group.

As it prepares to celebrate its 200th anniversary in a decade, Le Meurice is welcoming a new General Manager in the form of Pascal Billard. He will bring his wealth of experience in the hospitality sector to the establishment.

From August 4, 2025, Pascal Billard will take the reins of the iconic five-star Parisian hotel on Rue de Rivoli, which has been awarded the Palace and Living Heritage Company labels. He will replace Franka Holtmann, who retired last February after serving as General Manager of Le Meurice for more than 18 years.

Pascal Billard is thus making his comeback to the Dorchester Collection group, which owns Le Meurice as well as the Plaza Athénée hotel, where he was Deputy Director from 2009 to 2013.
