The online fashion and luxury goods website, recently acquired by mytheresa, is strengthening its management team with the appointment of a new CEO. A mix of executives who have already worked for this pioneering company and new blood has been chosen to take the company forward while respecting its DNA.
Following its recent acquisition by German company mytheresa, along with the three other online retailers of YNAP, namely Mr Porter, Yoox, and The Outnet, Net-A-Porter is strengthening its management team.
To ensure the success of its transformation within the new global, multi-brand digital platform dedicated to luxury, renamed LuxExperience by mytheresa, Net-A-Porter is combining profiles that are familiar with its DNA with others from outside the company who are capable of revitalizing it.
New CEO
The most notable appointment is that of Heather Kaminetsky as new CEO. This is a comeback at Net-à-Porter for Kaminetsky, who was the company’s vice president of global marketing from 2013 to 2016. She was also recruited internally, having been president of MyTheresa for North America since 2021.
