At LVMH, it’s not the beaujolais nouveau that has arrived, but the new organization chart

 

A few days after the revelation of her dismissal by La Lettre A, the departure of Chantal Gaemperle, the group’s historic HR Director, aged 62, was soberly announced in a press release on November 13.

 

“After leading the LVMH Group’s Human Resources & Synergies for more than 17 years, and creating a talent development and CSR policy to accompany growth, Chantal Gaemperle is leaving the Group to devote herself to new projects. Her succession will be announced at a later date”, explained the Group.

 

End of suspense

The suspense was quickly dispelled, as the very next day, a new press release revealed not only the name of Maud Alvarez-Pereyre, LVMH’s new HR Director, effective December 1, but also other major appointments.
