The world’s leading luxury goods company is reportedly close to finalizing the acquisition of Médias Bey, the group founded by journalist Nicolas Beytout and owner of L’Opinion and L’Agefi. It already held a 25% stake in the group.

The world’s leading luxury goods company is about to acquire the entire capital of the Bey Médias group, owner of the liberal daily newspaper l’Opinion and the financial news website l’Agefi.

 

An agreement soon to be formalized

 

An agreement to this effect, finalized between the group led by Bernard Arnault and Nicolas Beytout, the president and founder of Bey Médias, is expected to be made official soon.
