Frédéric Arnault, formerly head of Tag Heuer, has just been appointed CEO of the new watch division of the LVMH group. Announced on January 5, he took up his new post at the beginning of the month.
At just 29, Frédéric Arnault now oversees the group’s new watch division.
This promotion rewards the successes achieved as CEO of Tag Heuer by the fourth of five children and third son of Bernard Arnault, Chairman of LVMH. This appointment is complemented by two other announcements concerning a reorganization of the top management of the watch and jewelry universe of the number one luxury brand.
A strategic appointment
Frédéric Arnault will now head the LVMH group’s watch division. This new division includes Hublot, Tag Heuer and Zenith. In his new role, Frédéric Arnault will report to Stéphane Bianchi, CEO of the LVMH group’s watches and jewelry division.
Joining Tag Heuer in 2017, Frédéric Arnault, a polytechnician by training – like his father – had been promoted to CEO of the Swiss watchmaker in 2020.
