Louis Vuitton has just inaugurated l’Appartement, its new physical boutique concept reserved for its best customers. The opening in Ngee Ann City, one of Singapore’s leading shopping malls owned by Takashimaya SC, is in line with the trend among luxury brands to segment their regular visitors and VIP customers.
With l’Appartement, Louis Vuitton is following in the footsteps of luxury brands that have chosen to develop boutiques separate from their flagships to serve their best customers, the famous VICs (Very Important Customers, editor’s note).
This concept, halfway between hotel codes and exclusively accessible by reservation, was recently seen at Gucci and Chanel.
Destination: 1% of the world
After opening its first outlet in 1996 in Ngee Ann City, the Singapore capital’s main shopping mall (7 levels and over 150 boutiques), and a few months after inaugurating the largest boutique to date dedicated to women’s fashion (July 2023) in the same location, Louis Vuitton presents its Appartement.
Located on the second floor, just above the House’s women’s ready-to-wear universe, this hybrid, modular and exclusive space extends over 690 m².
