Hong Kong Airport launches its digital luxury shopping platform

Hong Kong International Airport has launched a luxury online concierge service to make pre-flight purchases. The platform offers a high-end delivery service as well as an attractive loyalty program.

 

The luxury duty-free area at Hong Kong International Airport (HKIA) is renowned for attracting travelers from around the world. In keeping with this spirit, the airport has launched an online shopping platform, which allows travelers to pre-order a wide selection of global luxury brands.

 

With the creation of this new service, HKIA said it has become an “unparalleled shopping destination for high-end luxury lovers.”

 

 

16 world-renowned luxury brands are associated with the service. These include Chanel, Louis Vuitton, Bottega Veneta, Bulgari, Chaumet, Gucci, IWC, Jaeger-LeCoultre, Jimmy Choo, Loro Piana, Panerai, Piaget, Tiffany & Co, Tory Burch, Tumi and Versace.

 

The international airport said other prestigious brands will soon join the luxury concierge service.

To help travelers shop and book their orders, the concierge team connects customers with brand representatives via WhatsApp, WeChat and video call.
