By multiplying its openings and diversifying its offerings, the brand is committed to strengthening its presence across the globe.
Four Seasons continues to be a leading figure in the luxury residential market. With 55 properties in 20 countries, the company generated $2.1 billion in gross residential sales in 2024, a figure that testifies to the attractiveness of its offering.
The company plans to operate 180 properties by 2033, with more than 60 projects under development worldwide. This rapidly expanding portfolio includes hotels, resorts and residences, guaranteeing the brand’s leadership in luxury hospitality.
And the hotel brand’s new projects in the shorter term will not stand in the way of this growth : Four Seasons will continue to expand its global footprint this year, with landmark openings in several key regions.
From east to west, north to south
In the Americas, the reopening of Four Seasons Resort The Biltmore Santa Barbara in California, originally scheduled for last year, is eagerly awaited. New properties will also be added, with the reopening of the legendary Naples Beach Club and the arrival of the Four Seasons in Puerto Rico, as well as innovative projects in Belize and the Dominican Republic. The group is also planning resorts in Park City, Utah, and Jacksonville, Florida.
