Fendi dresses in red for the Chinese New Year

The Italian house Fendi unveiled its new fashion capsule celebrating Chinese New Year.

 

On February 12, the Middle Kingdom will celebrate its entry into a new era, with the Beef symbolizing strength and confidence. To celebrate the Chinese New Year, Fendi presents its exclusive capsule in the color of the event.

 

True to the tradition of Chinese New Year, last year Fendi unveiled a capsule of leather accessories for men and women, to mark the entry into the era of the rat (and mouse).

 

 

The color red, emblematic of China, is omnipresent in the collection, and blends with the country’s traditional symbols and good luck charms in this new festive capsule designed by Silvia Venturini Fendi. The symbolic red sometimes blends with the pink of cherry blossoms, as with the pair of upright sneakers bearing the house logo, or on the famous Baguette bag from Fendi.

 

 

The capsule also contains a sportswear set, a blouse, and a skirt, as well as an indispensable cardigan, among many other exclusive pieces. But the flagship item of this collection promises to be the Peekaboo. The different versions of this Fendi must-have come in bright red, with a lovely little pink clutch inside.
