Brunello Cucinelli unveils a strong first half

The Italian cashmere specialist continues to grow dynamically in Asia, Europe, and the United States, in both retail and wholesale. Its success reinforces its plan to develop new factories in Italy.

 

One swallow does not make a spring… But the first half-year results for the luxury sector, those of Brunello Cucinelli, are bringing some comfort to the sector. Even though the Italian cashmere specialist had already shown resilience to market turbulence.

 

Performance exceeds expectations

 

The Solomeo, Italy-based company, listed on the Euronext Milan stock exchange, has just unveiled preliminary half-year sales figures that exceeded analysts’ expectations.
