From January 29 to February 12, China celebrates the first moments of its new calendar year. In 2025, the sign of the snake is praised and, moreover, honored by high-end brands with thematic ranges.
Symbol of growth, regeneration and wisdom, the snake promises a beautiful year to come. For 12 months under this sign of the zodiac, the luxury houses unveil pieces inspired by the animal, including watches, handbags and cognac boxes.
The Hublot Spirit of Big Bang Year of the Snake watch
Since 2016, Hublot has been celebrating the Chinese New Year with a reinterpretation of the Spirit of Big Bang. This year, an edition of 88 pieces is presented, with a perforated dial revealing the mechanics of the chronograph movement, itself occupied by a golden snake that seems to wrap around the three counters.
