Since summer 2025, Maison Taittinger has been offering a champagne tasting experience that breaks the mold of wine tourism with its Polychrome table. This “Taittinger Gourmet Moment,” organized on April 29 in Reims, is one of the many exclusive benefits available to Luxus+ Club members.
This season, Luxus+ Club will allow its privileged members from the LUXUS PLUS premium community to enjoy the Instant Gourmet experience at the Champagne House, following the arrival of the winter issue of LUXUS MAGAZINE, which features Maison Taittinger.

A unique tasting experience
The Taittinger Gourmet Moment reflects the ambition of the House’s President, Vitalie Taittinger. She wants to develop the experiential aspect of the Champagne House by moving away from ordinary tourist itineraries. Her roadmap includes directly involving customers at her new gourmet restaurant, Polychrome, in order to introduce them to the art of blending in an unusual way, a meticulous and essential step in the production of any Champagne cuvée.
This new restaurant is located on Place Saint Nicaise, at the headquarters of Champagne Taittinger, just above the legendary crayères, ancient galleries dating back to the Gallo-Roman era.
It is in this underground gallery, listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, that the guided tour for LUXUS PLUS premium members will begin during the Instant Gourmet event organized by Luxus+ Club on April 29.
This exceptional sensory experience will continue with a tasting of two cuvées renowned for their gastronomic qualities: Prestige Rosé and Brut Millésimé.
These will be accompanied by five appetizers specially designed by the chef of the Polychrome restaurant. The establishment takes pride in enhancing the different champagnes with skillful combinations of colors, textures, and flavors.
The Taittinger Gourmet Experience is divided into four highlights: a video presentation of the estate, one of the largest in the region, followed by a guided tour of the cellars and an explanation of how champagne is made. The highlight of the experience, a tasting of the cuvées in the salon, will conclude this unique visit with food and champagne pairings concocted by the Polychrome restaurant.
