Martini in mini version, rosorange revisited, alliance of kombucha and matcha… With or without alcohol, selection of some delicate, fresh and tasty beverages to reproduce at home.
Mini Martini: the cocktail in a reduced version
Ideal for a delicate appetizer during an aperitif, or simply to relish a good cocktail in moderation, the mini Martini is widely appreciated in upscale bars. While its big sister is the size of a glass, this drink is dosed like a shot up to about 100 ml. With herbs and cucumber or red fruits, the mini Martini is enjoyed in small sips.
Recipe:
4 cl of gin infused with cucumber or herbs
1 ml of floral white vermouth
1 basil or lemon thyme leaf
Naked & Famous: when smoked mezcal and yellow chartreuse meet
Sacred “Drink of the summer 2025” by the culinary site Delish, the Naked & Famous reveals a balance between smoked mezcal, yellow Chartreuse (two drinks more known by amateurs), Aperol and lime. The whole spread in equal doses. Inspired by the cocktail Last Word, this alloy created in 2011 reveals a smoky taste, light, refreshing and lively.
Recipe:
2.25 cl of Mezcal 400 Conejos
2.25 cl of yellow Chartreuse
2.25 cl of Aperol
2.25 cl of lime juice
