The chef, whose flagship restaurant is now located at 11 quai Conti in the Monnaie de Paris, had held the guide&#8217;s supreme award for <strong>21 years<\/strong>. <em>&#8220;Until now, I have only known the best moments in my career. Tonight, I&#8217;m thinking about the teams and I&#8217;ll talk to them tomorrow. We lost the game this year but we&#8217;ll win it back next year&#8221;<\/em>, Guy Savoy reacted to AFP.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Similarly, the chef Christopher Coutanceau, whose restaurant is located in <strong>La Rochelle<\/strong>, had obtained his third star just before the first confinement.
