On Monday 6 February 2023, the Pavillon \u00c9lys\u00e9e, an exceptional and prestigious venue, will welcome over 250 professionals for a magnificent evening dedicated to gastronomy. It will be the occasion to celebrate the 20th anniversary of the H\u00f4tels & Pr\u00e9f\u00e9rence<\/a> chain and the new issue of Luxus+ Mag. Discover the programme without further delay.<\/h4>\n

The magazine Luxus+<\/strong> has called upon SV MARKETING<\/strong>, an agency specialising in gastronomic marketing, to select the best Champagnes from the C\u00f4te des Bar<\/strong>. They will be in the spotlight during a prestigious and unique evening on February 6th at the Pavillon Elys\u00e9e. The dishes that will accompany the Champagnes will be imagined by the starred chef Thierry Marx<\/strong>, master of the house. Chefs, sommeliers and restaurant directors, as well as prestigious fashion and watchmaking houses, will be present.<\/p>\n

An event dedicated to gastronomy<\/h2>\n

 <\/p>\n

The event includes a round table on responsible gastronomy and biodiversity, starting at 6.45 pm sharp. It will be composed of the private chef Gaston Savina<\/strong>, lifestyle yachtswoman The French Way<\/strong> and Laurent Struna<\/strong>, Director of the C\u00f4te des Bar en Champagne tourist office.<\/p>\n

The evening will continue with the presentation of Kitchen Generation<\/strong>, the brand new gastronomic label of the H\u00f4tels & Pr\u00e9f\u00e9rence<\/strong> group.<\/p>\n

The tasting of the Champagnes of the C\u00f4te des Bar will start at 8.30 pm with ten houses such as Alexandre BONNET, BINON-COQUARD, CARREAU LIONEL, Cristian SENEZ, DRAPPIER, POISSENOT BERTHELOT, ERICK SCHREIBER, le PRIEURE DE VIVERIE and Justin MAILLARD…<\/strong> The winemakers will have the privilege of having their wines tasted by chefs and sommeliers, some of whom work for prestigious establishments such as Duende N\u00eemes (a ** restaurant signed by Pierre Gagnaire), Domaine Riberach, Loire Valley Lodges<\/strong> and many others.<\/p>\n
