From the artistic director of the House, Maria Grazia Chiuri, who imagines dreamlike collections between the Tarot game and the Baroque era with a touch of enchantment, to the handcrafted pieces made in French workshops, guarantors of an ancient know-how, this mix gives rise to unique masterpieces.<\/p>\n

Among these workshops that have built bridges with the couture house is the Manufacture des \u00c9maux de Longwy<\/strong>. Created in 1798, it produces earthenware objects using techniques passed down from generation to generation. This richness was put to good use for Dior<\/strong>, and is revealed through precious objects such as the Boule vase<\/strong>, a collector’s item whose starry motif recalls the couturier’s imagination.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n This vase, entirely handmade, was designed by the Roman artist Pietro Ruffo in collaboration with Maria Grazia Chiuri<\/strong>. The singular touch of this exceptional object? The Constellation pattern that dresses the earthenware, thanks to a process of tissue paper, which reveals with precision the magic of the design.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n\n
