meeting, <strong>Lanvin Group and Primavera Capital Acquisition Corporation said shareholders approved the merger of the two companies and the listing of Lanvin on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) this week.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>The merger is expected to close on December 14, 2022, ahead of the NYSE listing the following day.<\/strong> The group will operate under the name Lanvin Group, while its transactions will appear under the name <strong>&#8220;LANV&#8221;<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Lanvin Group and PCAC executives are expected to ring the NYSE bell on the morning of Dec. 15, along with the management teams of their brands: <strong>Lanvin, Wolford, Sergio Rossi, St. John Knits and Caruso.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><em>&#8220;Going public is a natural step for Lanvin Group at this time,&#8221;<\/em> explains <strong>Joann Cheng<\/strong>, president and CEO of Lanvin Group. <em>&#8220;Going forward, our strategy is to drive continued organic growth through geographic, channel and product expansion for our brands, combined with disciplined investment in the luxury fashion industry.&#8221;<\/em><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div class=\"thb-post-title-bottom thb-post-share-style3\">\n<div class=\"thb-post-title-inline-author\">Read also &gt;
