The Grand Prix d’Horlogerie de Gen\u00e8ve (GPHG) Foundation has officially unveiled the shortlist of finalists for the 2022 edition. The Geneva Watchmaking Grand Prix Academy held its first vote this summer.<\/h4>\n

 <\/p>\n

Among the 254 participants<\/strong>, the 650 members<\/strong> of the GPHG Academy<\/strong> have selected 90 timepieces<\/strong>, including 84 timepieces<\/strong> and 6 clocks<\/strong>. Divided into 15 categories<\/strong>, they will be competing to win one of the 20 prizes<\/strong> of this 22nd edition<\/strong>. And in particular the prestigious Grand Prix de l’Aiguille d’Or!<\/strong><\/p>\n

The 15 categories are as follows: Women’s, Women’s Complication, Men’s, Men’s Complication, Iconic, Tourbillon, Calendar and Astronomy, Mechanical Exception, Chronograph, Diving, Jewellery, M\u00e9tiers d’Art, Small Needle, Challenge, Mechanical Clock.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Among the finalists was the mechanical clock called Automate Fontaine aux Oiseaux<\/strong> by Van Cleef & Arpels<\/strong>, a real jewel.<\/p>\n
