His collections mixing Japan and street culture have been popular with the young Japanese generation, but also with American rappers like Kanye West or Pharrell Williams.<\/h4>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>A Bathing Ape (or Bape)<\/h2>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-10951\" src=\"https:\/\/magazine.luxus-plus.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2022\/08\/Puma-x-Bape-17.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1500\" height=\"1000\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>After graduating from Bunka Fashion Colle- ge in 1993, <strong>Nigo<\/strong> founded the brand<strong> BAPE<\/strong>, of which he was artistic director until 2013. Focused on luxury streetwear, the brand also makes rarity its core business.
