just like <strong>LVMH<\/strong> &#8211; and therefore to close all its stores at the beginning of March following the war that Russia is waging on <strong>Ukraine<\/strong>, <strong>Sephora<\/strong> is taking a new radical decision.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>All of the firm&#8217;s <strong>88 stores located<\/strong> on Russian soil, which had <strong>1,200 employees<\/strong>, will now operate under the name \u201c<strong>\u00cele de Beaut\u00e9<\/strong>\u201d , a local chain that the cosmetics giant bought in <strong>2016<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>With this in mind, this sale also involves t<strong>he sale of 100% of Sephora&#8217;s shares to its Russian subsidiary<\/strong>: \u201c<em>The signing of an agreement for the transfer of 100% of the shares of its subsidiary in Russia to its local general manager aims to promote continuity for employees<\/em>,\u201d underlines the brand in a statement.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The amount of the transaction has not been disclosed.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Read also &gt;
