The Bulgari Hotels & Resorts<\/a> group has announced the upcoming opening of a luxury resort in the Maldives archipelago, located in South Asia.<\/h4>\n

<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Named \u201cRanfushi<\/strong>\u201d which means “little golden island” in Dhivehi, the national language of Maldives, this resort will be located on the paradise atoll of Raa <\/strong>and will become the thirteenth establishment of the Bulgari<\/strong> collection, owned by Marriott<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

With a total area of 20 hectares<\/strong>, the resort will consist of 54 private island villas, 33 beach villas with private pools and 20 stilt houses. The design of the resort was imagined by the Italian architectural firm ACPV Architects<\/strong> (founded by Antonio Citterio and Patricia Viel), architects who have also been responsible for the design of other Bulgari addresses and promise a contemporary style<\/strong> faithful to the hotel line.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Four culinary experiences will be offered to future guests of the resort: Il Ristorante – Niko Romito<\/em><\/strong>, a transalpine establishment under the tutelage of three-Michelin-starred chef Niko Romito, and Bao Li Xuan<\/em><\/strong>, a Chinese haute cuisine restaurant, will be the first two addresses of the complex. The Japanese concept restaurant H\u014dseki<\/em><\/strong>, already present at the Bulgari Dubai hotel, as well as La Spiaggia<\/em><\/strong>, a relaxing address that will offer an Italian menu to be enjoyed on the beach, will complete Ranfushi<\/em>‘s gastronomic selection.<\/p>\n

Scheduled to open in 2025<\/strong>, the resort will also feature a Bulgari Bar<\/strong>, a Spa<\/strong> with a sports center, a Bulgari Boutique<\/strong> and La Galleria<\/em><\/strong>, a concept store featuring a luxurious selection of designer clothing, accessories and other items.<\/p>\n
