Sierra Blanca Estates<\/a>, a Spanish luxury real estate developer, has announced the development of a residential and hotel project called “Marbella Design Hills” . It will be located in Marbella’s golden mile, and one of the most luxurious areas of the Costa del Sol.<\/h4>\n

With an investment of nearly 250 million euros<\/strong>, the complex will have a total area of more than 80,000 sq. m<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

\u201cMarbella Design Hills represents the culmination of our transformative vision for the Golden Mile. A mixed-use project that will not only be a new private investment hub for future residents and international brands, but also a public space of great beauty and appeal for all citizens and visitors to Marbella<\/em>,\u201d said Carlos Rodr\u00edguez<\/strong>, CEO of Sierra Blanca Estates.<\/p>\n

This luxurious project will consist of 70 branded luxury residences<\/strong>, a five-star hotel<\/strong> with 80 rooms, a beach club restaurant<\/strong> with an area of 2,000 square meters, a commercial boulevard and, finally, a promenade area. The latter will host the largest open-air art exhibition in southern Spain.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Pedro Rodriguez<\/strong>, founder, and president of the promoting agency said that this project is \u201cintended to attract visitors and residents and establish a new reference beyond our territory<\/em>\u201d.<\/p>\n

In addition, Sierra Blanca Estates<\/strong> has justified the choice of the golden mile of Marbella as the location for its luxury residential project, stating that it has become one of the most important poles of attraction for current investments in residential tourism.<\/p>\n
