Fran\u00e7ois-Henry Bennahmias<\/strong> will step down as CEO of the luxury watch brand Audemars Piguet<\/strong> at the end of next year to pursue other challenges. The brand’s board of directors is looking for his successor.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n “After 30 successful years in our company, including the last 10 years as CEO, Fran\u00e7ois-Henry Bennahmias wishes, in agreement with the board of directors, to take on new challenges from 2024,<\/em>” the Brassus-based manufacture<\/strong> told AWP<\/strong><\/em>. However, he will “continue to exercise his duties to the full<\/em>” until the arrival of his successor.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Fran\u00e7ois-Henry Bennahmias had joined the company in 1994 before taking over as CEO in 2012. “I’ve been in this position for ten years, and I think it’s time to move on, also for the good of the company,<\/em>” he explained to Le Temps magazine.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n His primary objective in becoming CEO was to strengthen a corporate culture<\/strong> that he felt lacked alignment. “Our employees need to know what we want to do in terms of volume, quality and distribution, so that they can follow our strategy and our way of operating,<\/em>” he explained, claiming a clear vision of his brand strategy.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n He has had a knack for bonding his teams<\/strong> through team-building events, while valuing the culture of exclusivity<\/strong> that is unique to luxury. Indeed, he began a repositioning of the brand, drastically reducing the number of outlets and capping production between 2015 and 2020. The result?
