Initially scheduled for June 10 to 13, 2021, the edition of the Biennial of Arts and Crafts will finally be held from June 9 to 12, 2022, with Africa as the featured continent.<\/h4>\n

“Revelations<\/strong>“, the international biennial event of art and creative crafts presenting the 281 French crafts, is back at the Grand Palais ephemeral<\/strong> and puts Africa in the spotlight<\/strong>. This 5th edition is organized by Ateliers d’Art de France and brings together more than 300 exhibitors<\/strong> including designers, craftsmen, galleries, architects and schools … from 20 foreign countries and 12 French regions.<\/p>\n

This 2022 edition puts the spotlight on Africa, with the unprecedented arrival of many artists and craftsmen from the continent. Cradle of a dynamic and multiple creation<\/strong>, Africa constitutes a red thread crossing the whole biennial.<\/p>\n

This edition is also the occasion of the reunion with the much awaited international exhibition “Le Banquet<\/em>” . Indeed, to reissue this true emblem of the event since 2013, Ateliers d’Art de France<\/strong> brings together curators from five continents<\/strong> to discover the most daring expressions of crafts from 10 countries and regions of the world. This year, the public will be able to discover new works of art by established craftsmen and beautiful promises from Catalonia, Cyprus, South Korea, the United Arab Emirates, Luxembourg, Morocco, Nigeria, French Polynesia, Slovakia and Zambia.<\/p>\n
