As the presentation of the Russian Morozov Collection at the Fondation Louis Vuitton came to a close last week, more is known about the attendance and the fate of the works loaned to the Foundation by Russian museums and owners.<\/h4>\n

This is a record for one of the largest collections of Modern Art<\/strong> presented at the Louis Vuitton Foundation<\/strong>. More than one million visitors<\/strong> came to admire the works of the Morozov collection<\/strong> during the exhibition, which has been extended until April 3.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

“We recorded 1.25 million visitors, 84% of whom were French. This figure does not exceed that established by the Shchukin collection (1.3 million visitors) which we hosted in 2016-2017, but it is an exceptional figure due to the obvious impact of the health crisis and the absence of foreign visitors, particularly from Asia<\/em>“, the Foundation estimated. “Between Shchukin and Morozov, 2.55 million visitors discovered collections never before seen in Russia on this scale<\/em>.”<\/p>\n
