The gastronomic menu featuring Italian delicacies such as white truffles and homemade tiramisu promises a real taste treat.<\/h4>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Franck Potier Sodaro<\/strong> has been at the helm of <strong>Sormani<\/strong> for three years now. He started out as a trainee sommelier at Philippe Faure Brac&#8217;s Bistrot du Sommelier and then went on to work as a sommelier at the Bristol when he met <strong>Pascal Fayet<\/strong>, the ebullient owner of Sormani, who offered him the opportunity to create the wine list for his Parisian establishment from scratch. The Italian wine list has been enriched with 500 references from all regions of Italy and the best French regions, including the <strong>Montecucco Rosso Riserva 2015 &#8220;Collemassari&#8221;<\/strong> and<strong> Roman\u00e9e Conti<\/strong>.
