The Hennessy<\/strong> Cognac house has a project called Forest Destination<\/em><\/strong>. Initiated in 2020, it aims to regenerate 50,000 hectares of forest by 2030<\/strong>. The forest and the trees are a major issue for the spirits house because the taste of its spirits depends on the quality of the oak wood that will allow them to age and develop their flavours<\/strong>.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n But beyond production itself, protecting the forests also helps slow down global warming.
