The German car manufacturer Porsche<\/a> is partnering with the American production company Pixar<\/a> to create a unique car inspired by the animated film Cars<\/em>.<\/h4>\n

This special edition, directed by Cars<\/em> creative director, Jay Ward<\/strong>, will be based on the character of Sally Carrera<\/strong>, one of the heroines of this film. The model developed around this unique car will be a Porsche 911<\/strong>, strongly inspired by the one in which Sally evolves during this feature film.<\/p>\n

Wanting to remain faithful to the animated character, this Porsche 911 will be painted a metallic blue<\/strong>, its wheels will be customized to reproduce the \u00abTurbo Twist\u00bb Sally, her tattoos<\/strong> and patterns<\/strong> on the trunk and the entire car will also be faithfully reproduced. In addition, this car will be accompanied by a matching<\/strong> Porsche Design watch<\/strong>, luggage and art books, also in special edition.<\/p>\n

Still in the sketching stage, this unique car is expected to be launched at the end of 2022<\/strong>, but uncertainties related to the Ukrainian situation influence the setting of a specific date. Pixar and Porsche have also revealed that this car will be auctioned off by RM Sotheby\u2019s<\/strong> and the proceeds from the sale will be donated to several charities<\/strong> such as the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees<\/strong>, to support and accompany Ukrainian families.<\/p>\n
