As of March 1st, Sharon MacBeath<\/strong>, the group’s human resources director, and Agn\u00e8s De Villers<\/strong>, president and CEO of Herm\u00e8s Parfum et Beaut\u00e9, will join the eight other directors on the brand’s executive committee.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n This decision was taken with the aim of “broadening the composition of the executive committee and enriching it with new people and expertise<\/em>” explained Axel Dumas, CEO of Herm\u00e8s.<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n Sharon MacBeath<\/strong> joined Herm\u00e8s in June 2019<\/strong> after many years in human resources<\/strong> at major international companies in the retail, service and industrial sectors. At one time, she was also a member of the supervisory board and governance committees of Herm\u00e8s.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Agn\u00e8s De Villers<\/strong> joined the French luxury group four years earlier than MacBeath, in 2015<\/strong>, when the latter wanted to develop its perfume division. To this end, she launched the beauty sector<\/strong> at Herm\u00e8s in 2020, becoming the group’s sixteenth business line, a “real growth driver<\/em>” for the saddlery and leather goods manufacturer.
