Properties located near French resorts such as <strong>Courchevel, Meg\u00e8ve,<\/strong> or <strong>Val d&#8217;Is\u00e8re<\/strong> are attracting more and more investors. And this trend is confirmed in our Swiss neighbors, as for example in <strong>Gstaad<\/strong>. According to a study by <strong>seloger.com<\/strong>, 30% of French people consider that luxury real estate remains a safer value than before the crisis and 64% of respondents believe that the time is right to invest in a prestigious property.
