He entered the <strong>Institut Paul Bocuse<\/strong> in 1999 after obtaining his baccalaureate, and did several internships in great restaurants. He graduated from the Institute in 2001 and quickly collaborated with great names in French gastronomy, such as <strong>Eric Briffard <\/strong>and <strong>Marc Meneau<\/strong>. In 2004, at the age of 22, he opened his own restaurant, &#8220;<em><strong>L&#8217;Acajou<\/strong><\/em>&#8220;.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>He was revealed to the general public during the 2012 edition of &#8220;<em><strong>Top Chef<\/strong><\/em>&#8221; on <strong>M6<\/strong>, which he won. No less than <strong>20,000 gold leaves<\/strong> adorn the walls and ceiling domes, gravitating<strong> around a large 12-meter royal table<\/strong>, fashioned from Breccia marble.
