However, Herv\u00e9 Martin will continue to sit on the <strong>board<\/strong> as an <strong>independent director<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>She trained as a systems engineer and attended <strong>Harvard<\/strong> University, and holds a doctorate in business administration from<strong> SMC University<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>With <strong>42 years<\/strong> of experience, <strong>31<\/strong> of which have been spent running companies based abroad, she will bring all her expertise and experience to bear on Baccarat&#8217;s international development. She began her career in <strong>Venezuela<\/strong> as a systems engineer for<strong> 8 years<\/strong> and is now the <strong>President of Seagram Spirits<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Maggie Henriquez worked for more than 20 years at <strong>Mo\u00ebt Hennessy<\/strong>, as <strong>President and CEO of Bodegas Chandon<\/strong> and <strong>Terrazas de Los Andes<\/strong> in <strong>Argentina<\/strong>, before being appointed <strong>President of Krug<\/strong> in France in <strong>2009<\/strong>.
