The event “De Mains en mains par Van Cleef & Arpels<\/strong><\/em>” has chosen the city of Lyon<\/strong> as the place to set up shop and reveal all the secrets of the jewellery trade. This public event aims to inspire the younger generation and to interest them in this sector.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n On the program for this week of events: transmission of know-how with a series of fun and interactive jewelry conferences, led by gemologists and historians from the School of Jewelry Arts<\/strong>. Creative workshops for the youngest, with the intention of making them discover the trades which gravitate around the jewelry.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Meetings with the city’s secondary school students will be organized with the aim of exchanging with Van Cleef & Arpels<\/strong> craftsmen, about their career and their professions such as setter, polisher or CAD designer.
