Last Monday, Gault & Millau presented its 2022 awards during a ceremony at the Pavillon d’Armenonville in Paris. Hugo Roellinger was crowned Chef of the Year.<\/h4>\n

The famous gastronomic guide Gault & Millau<\/strong> unveiled its 2022 winners at a ceremony in Paris. Hugo Roellinger<\/strong> was crowned Cook of the Year, surrounded by his family and especially his father, Olivier Roellinger<\/strong>. \u00a0“It’s a great surprise, a beautiful reward for me, my family, my teams and all the people who gravitate around the restaurant,<\/em>” said the 33-year-old chef of the two-starred restaurant Le Coquillage<\/em><\/strong>, near Cancale.<\/p>\n

Maxime Fr\u00e9d\u00e9ric<\/strong>, from the restaurant Cheval Blanc Paris<\/strong><\/em>, was named Pastry Chef of the Year. A great reward for him who has been working for several months alongside Arnaud Donckele<\/strong> to create a menu worthy of the 5 toques<\/strong> that the duo received at the same time.<\/p>\n

Among the other winners, Gault & Millau distinguished Patrick Henriroux<\/strong> (La Pyramide<\/em>) as chef of the year, Magali Picherie<\/strong> as sommelier of the year, Thomas Lorival<\/strong> (Le Clos des sens<\/em>) as restaurant manager of the year and Beno\u00eet Lahaye<\/strong> (Beno\u00eet Lahaye champagnes<\/em>) as best winemaker of the year impotenzastop.it<\/a>.<\/p>\n
