On November 16, 17 and 18, the 17th edition of the Places d’Or showcased luxury design and packaging. A look back at this event, in partnership with Luxus Plus.<\/h4>\n

In November, at the Le Meurice<\/strong>\u00a0hotel in Paris, the Place d’Or<\/strong> trade show was held, the reference in luxury design and packaging. The particularity of the show is to create bridges between the sometimes very distant worlds of industry, luxury and art. This year, seventeen new manufacturers, designers and craftsmen have joined the event. Visitors were able to discover, among other things, Anne Lopez’s<\/strong> wall decorations, Cr\u00e9anog’s<\/strong> embossing and hot engraving laboratory, and L\u00e9na P\u00e9raguin’s<\/strong> exceptional weaving.<\/p>\n

Many luxury personalities attended, such as Khoa Do Dinh<\/strong>, Creative Director at Hennessy<\/strong>, Julien Garry<\/strong>, Purchasing Director at Chanel Perfumes Beauty<\/strong>\u00a0or Franck Marilly<\/strong>, President EMEA at Shiseido<\/strong>. These luxury players came to get inspired and discover new packaging innovations for their upcoming launches. Like them, many visitors came with concrete projects in various fields related to luxury markets<\/strong>, such as perfumery, cosmetics, spirits, jewelry, fashion, tableware, delicatessen and many others.<\/p>\n

No less than 17 new exhibitors<\/strong>, manufacturers and craftsmen made the trip. Among them were suppliers such as Adic Les Ateliers<\/strong> (labels and cases), Dardel<\/strong> (boxes and cases), The Paper Factory<\/strong> (creative papers), Parcome France<\/strong> (boxes) and Ubiqus<\/strong> (linguistic services), which for the first time included Les Places d’Or in their communication strategy. A dozen design agencies also presented their most beautiful creations.<\/p>\n

In its 27 years of existence, Les Places d’Or has seen the birth of thousands of innovations and creations<\/strong>, exhibited during this networking event. Next year, Les Places d’Or will be held from Tuesday 15 to Thursday 17 November 2022<\/strong>, at the Le Meurice hotel, in Paris.<\/p>\n
