The Green Car of the Year award<\/strong> was established in 2005 and has since expanded to recognise a growing number of ‘greener’ vehicles<\/strong> in categories that are important to consumers.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n In addition to the Audi Q4 e-tron<\/strong>, several other vehicles have been awarded in various categories. The Chevrolet Bolt EUV<\/strong> was named the Urban Green Car<\/strong> of 2022, thanks to its city-friendly handling and 247-mile range. The Tesla Model S Plaid<\/strong> was also among the winners, this time for the 2022 Green Performance Car award<\/strong>, thanks to its 1020 horsepower engine and 0-60 mph acceleration in 1.9 seconds. The Audi Q4 e-tron, a zero-emission car, has been named Green Car of the Year 2022 at the Green Car Awards, which recognises environmentally friendly brands and their electric vehicles. This is a further step in the automotive sector’s efforts to adapt to the fight against climate change, while at the same time COP26 is taking place in Glasgow, Scotland.<\/h4>\n
