Istanbul, one of the most populated cities in the world, has become the centre of attention for wealthy tourists<\/strong>. With the increase in vaccinations, tourists and travellers are returning, while business tourism<\/strong> is growing strongly.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n The arrival of high net worth individuals<\/strong> has accelerated since July, with a peak in demand in October. The occupancy rate of the city’s luxury hotels has reached 100%. Room prices in these establishments start at 600 euros per night, and can rise to more than 35,000 euros for the most luxurious suites.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Stressing that there is demand for all types of rooms, tourism professionals say Istanbul<\/strong> is one of the world’s leading tourist centres, especially for the luxury and business travel segment.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Luxury hotel guests<\/strong> come primarily from Russia<\/strong> and other members of the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS). The Middle East<\/strong> and Latin America<\/strong> follow shortly after.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n The Bosphorus<\/strong>, a favourite location for luxury hotels<\/strong> in Istanbul<\/strong>, is also the focus of new investments. For example, the Mandarin Oriental<\/strong> hotel chain recently opened its own establishment there, alongside other big names such as Shangri-La<\/strong> or Four Seasons<\/strong>.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Mandarin Oriental Bosphorus<\/strong>, one of the most luxurious<\/strong> brands in the Far East, has managed to become a favourite destination for domestic and foreign tourists in just one month. Despite its new opening, the hotel’s occupancy rate has already reached 100%. According to the information obtained, the hotel, where Russians<\/strong>, Qataris<\/strong> and Americans<\/strong> are the most numerous, has the most expensive room at 35,000 euros per night.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n \u00c7\u0131ra\u011fan Palace Kempinski Istanbul<\/strong> is also among the top choices of wealthy tourists.
