The Glenturret, Scotland’s oldest surviving distillery, unveils its restaurant in collaboration with Lalique crystal.<\/h4>\n

The Glenturret distillery<\/strong>, which has been active in the whisky market for 250 years, is unveiling its new restaurant in collaboration with Lalique, orchestrated by Scottish chef Mark Donald<\/strong>. Donald previously worked at the Michelin-starred restaurant at the Balmoral Hotel in Edinburgh.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Located in the heart of the distillery and at the foot of the Crieff Hills, the restaurant offers gourmet cuisine and an upscale experience.<\/strong><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

The restaurant was designed by Green & Mingarelli<\/strong>, the interior design duo behind Lalique’s other two addresses: Villa Ren\u00e9 Lalique<\/strong> and Ch\u00e2teau Lafaurie-Peyraguey<\/strong>. The 30-seat establishment promises contemporary and seasonal cuisine, where the chef honors local Scottish produce. A journey to the heart of Scotland and its history.<\/p>\n

The restaurant’s interior features two spectacular Champs-\u00c9lys\u00e9es chandeliers<\/strong>, Lalique crystal barley patterns on the polished oak doors and guests are served in Lalique glasses and decanters.<\/p>\n

Visitors can enjoy afternoon tea in the lounge<\/strong> and lunch at the Lalique bar and enjoy the brand’s boutique.<\/p>\n

For whisky lovers<\/strong>, The Bar, a 20-foot-long bar housing the finest Scottish whiskies from The Glenturret archives and other exceptional spirits, offers nearly 250 different whiskies<\/strong>. Among them, rare whiskies such as The Glenturret 1977 (35 years old) or Port Ellen 1979 (18 years old).<\/p>\n
