It is aimed at schools, recruiters and job seekers in the luxury sector.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>One of the roundtables moderated by Claire Domergue, publishing director at <strong>Luxus +<\/strong>, will be an opportunity for the speakers to discuss their vision of the <strong>customer experience<\/strong>, and how they intend to adapt to the new issues emerging in this field.<\/p>\n<p><iframe title=\"YouTube video player\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/lSGlDz4JtxU\" width=\"560\" height=\"315\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>Indeed, between the pandemic and the new technologies that are emerging, especially in terms of service and booking, the field of <strong>customer experience<\/strong> is evolving, and these players must manage to adapt in order to be able to continuously offer their customers a first-class experience and service.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>During this round table, several professionals from different fields will discuss and debate about customer experience, their way of doing things and their vision for the future.
