And at up to 40,000 euros a night<\/b>, the Barri\u00e8re Group\u2019s strategy is clearly aimed at a high-income clientele, particularly American<\/b>, whom it seeks to attract to one of their favorite vacation spots.<\/p>\n

The latest addition to Fouquet\u2019s<\/b>, the French hotel group\u2019s most prestigious brand, this new property promises, following Paris, New York, Courchevel, and Saint-Barth\u00e9lemy<\/strong>, to be the meeting point between Parisian sophistication and the laid-back Mediterranean vibe.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n For this ultra-luxury hotel project blending \u201can elegant and contemporary experience, balancing intimacy and energy, in the image of the island\u201d<\/b>, the Barri\u00e8re Group has signed a management agreement with Yoda Group.<\/b><\/p>\n <\/p>\n This fifth Fouquet\u2019s location<\/b>, combining hospitality, gastronomy, and the art of living, boasts a strategic location in the south of the island, between two of Mykonos\u2019s most famous bays<\/b>, Paraga and Paradise Beach.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n \u201cThe opening of Fouquet\u2019s Mykonos marks an important milestone<\/b> in our international development,\u201d said Gr\u00e9gory Rabuel, CEO of the Barri\u00e8re Group. \u201cBy establishing our first presence in Greece, we are pursuing our ambition to accompany our guests to the destinations they visit, with venues that combine excellence, identity, and emotion.<\/b> Mykonos was an obvious choice, thanks to its ability to bring together natural beauty, cultural influence, and international appeal.\u201d<\/p>\n <\/p>\n The complex consists of 3 private villas<\/b> ranging from 600 to 1,000 m\u00b2, featuring five to ten bedrooms, and 61 suites<\/b>. Well-equipped, each will feature a jacuzzi, a private pool, or direct access to the sea. The villas, meanwhile, will each have their own private cove.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n And it doesn\u2019t stop there: in terms of amenities, the resort pulls out all the stops with an indoor pool<\/b>\u2014a rarity on the island\u2014a Mediterranean restaurant<\/b> managed by the Barri\u00e8re group, as well as a bar and a ROKA beach club<\/b>, a sister brand of the Japanese restaurant Zuma, located on the private beach.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n But the big draw<\/b> lies elsewhere: in its longevity center<\/b>. For its inaugural year, the Rock Spa<\/b> is partnering with the high-end skincare brand Dr. Barbara Sturm<\/b>, renowned for its clinical, anti-inflammatory, and skin-regenerating approach. With its hyperbaric chamber, floatation tank, ice bath, and indoor pool carved into the rock, the space was designed to help people live longer, healthier lives\u2014a fundamental trend currently sweeping the entire hospitality industry.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n And to stay in shape while also appealing to visiting American guests, the hotel features a basketball court carved directly into the rock<\/b> that strictly adheres to NBA standards.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n As for the Fouquet\u2019s brand<\/b>, it aims to express itself more through thoughtful touches than through decor<\/b>. Indeed, there is no question of the group turning it into a \u201cParisian\u201d brasserie right on the water. For this \u201cGreek, Cycladic, and summery\u201d private retreat<\/b>, the establishment enlisted the Greek firm Divercity Architects<\/b>, which opted for an architectural style featuring mineral materials and the iconic white of the region\u2019s homes.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n With this opening, the Barri\u00e8re Group is thus confirming its international ambitions<\/b>. In addition to the Fouquet\u2019s brand, the Barri\u00e8re empire includes 21 hotels, 33 casinos, and 200 restaurants<\/b>.
