Andrew Albert Christian Edward Mountbatten-Windsor was born on February 19, 1960, at Buckingham Palace<\/strong> in London. He is the third child and second son of Queen Elizabeth II<\/strong> and Prince Philip, Duke of Edinburgh\u2014central figures in the British monarchy of the 20th century.
