In a return to its roots and following on from its world tour that began in February 2025, its multisensory pop-up combining art, vinyl records, and perfume has arrived in Paris.<\/h4>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Black light on a white night<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>This is the story of a legendary jazz club in Saint Germain des Pr\u00e8s, next door to Diptyque&#8217;s very first Parisian boutique, <b>l&#8217;Orph\u00e9on<\/b>, which became an immersive fragrance in 2021 before becoming a traveling pop-up experience in 2025.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>As part of an international tour visiting the world&#8217;s major cities, this pop-up installation celebrates the encounter between perfume, live music, boutique and brand storytelling.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>It is an opportunity for the <strong>luxury perfumer, <\/strong>a <strong>member of the Comit\u00e9 Colbert since July 2025<\/strong>, to affirm its DNA as an authentic luxury house as well as its status as an ambassador of the French art de vivre.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>A legendary Parisian venue<\/h2>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>With its<strong> blue storefront and oval-shaped neon sign<\/strong> reminiscent of the label on the Maison&#8217;s perfume bottles, the Diptyque Orph\u00e9on Club is sure to intrigue visitors.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>However, make no mistake, the place is indeed<strong> a pop-up installation<\/strong> which, for one evening, was transformed into an <strong>authentic jazz club with its subdued atmosphere, stage, and live performances<\/strong>, all <strong>surrounded by photos and portraits telling the story of the perfume house.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_190730\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-190730\" style=\"width: 819px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-large wp-image-190730\" title=\"Orph\u00e9on Diptyque 5\" src=\"https:\/\/luxus-plus.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/Orpheon_Diptyque_5-819x1024.jpg\" alt=\"Orph\u00e9on Diptyque 5\" width=\"819\" height=\"1024\" srcset=\"https:\/\/luxus-plus.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/Orpheon_Diptyque_5-819x1024.jpg 819w, https:\/\/luxus-plus.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/Orpheon_Diptyque_5-240x300.jpg 240w, https:\/\/luxus-plus.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/Orpheon_Diptyque_5-768x960.jpg 768w, https:\/\/luxus-plus.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/Orpheon_Diptyque_5-1229x1536.jpg 1229w, https:\/\/luxus-plus.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/Orpheon_Diptyque_5-480x600.jpg 480w, https:\/\/luxus-plus.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/Orpheon_Diptyque_5-750x938.jpg 750w, https:\/\/luxus-plus.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/Orpheon_Diptyque_5.jpg 1280w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 819px) 100vw, 819px\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-190730\" class=\"wp-caption-text\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a9 <\/span>Diptyque<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>It was a chance to enjoy a <b>high-end luxury experience, full of emotion, rarity, art, culture, and interactivity.<\/b><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>This <b>fragrant setting<\/b>, bathed in a soft blue glow, <b>nocturnal and dandy to perfection, was created in February 2025 at 21 Greene Street<\/b>, in the heart of <b>SoHo in New York<\/b>, a city renowned as the <b>world capital of jazz<\/b>. With this location, Diptyque followed <strong>in the footsteps of the legends of the genre<\/strong> who played at some of the most legendary venues nearby, such as the <strong>Blue Note, Arthur&#8217;s Cavern, and above all, the Village Vanguard<\/strong>. The latter, opened in 1935 and located a ten-minute walk away, is the temple of live recordings (John Coltrane, Bill Evans, etc.).<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Since then, the Diptyque Orph\u00e9on Club has traveled to cities such as Shanghai, Tokyo, Kuala Lumpur, and London. <\/strong>For the House, the aim was to <b>boost sales of its Orph\u00e9on fragrance<\/b> <b>by targeting both male and female customers. <\/b>Each time,<b> the campaign has showcased the Orph\u00e9on fragrance range, local artists, a series of photographs, and a space offering vinyl records, merchandise, and other goodies<\/b> (including a collector&#8217;s edition Orpheon vinyl).<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Finally, <b>from the end of February 2026 until March 30<\/b>, Diptyque has set up shop in <b>Paris<\/b> at <b>7 rue Duphot<\/b>, just a stone&#8217;s throw from where it all began, at 34 boulevard Saint-Germain. These <strong>three transdisciplinary artists<\/strong> had the idea of joining forces in<strong> 1961<\/strong> to found the House.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><iframe title=\"Welcome to Orph\u00e9on, our new eau de parfum DIPTYQUE PARIS\" width=\"1080\" height=\"608\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/rFch--vqDLw?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Conceived as an olfactory portrait of this place of conversation, exchange, and imagination, the <strong>original Orph\u00e9on eau de parfum is a woody, spicy, and floral scent<\/strong>. <strong>The fragrance captures the smoky and magical atmosphere of that era.<\/strong> Thus, wisps of tobacco mingle with the scent of powdered makeup and weathered wood. The notes include <b>cedar<\/b>, <b>tonka bean<\/b> and <b>juniper berries<\/b>. \u201cI wanted to reproduce the smell of tobacco and alcohol fumes,\u201d said <b>nose Olivier Pescheux<\/b> at the time. He added, &#8220;<strong>To evoke smoke, I used notes of galbanum and lentisk.<\/strong> For the gin and tonic, I used a combination of juniper berries and pink peppercorns.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><b>The Parisian installation coincides with a new version of the fragrance in eau de toilette form by Natalie Cetto<\/b>, without the galbanum and lentisk notes. This <b>Japanese-inspired version<\/b> captures the \u201ctangy effervescence\u201d of a night that is just beginning with <b>top notes of green mandarin and yuzu<\/b>.
