In 1986, Annick Goutal<\/strong>\u2014Marie-France Cohen\u2019s sister and a renowned perfumer – created Eau de Bonpoint<\/em><\/strong>, a gentle fragrance designed for children. In 1988<\/strong>, Bonpoint crossed borders by opening its first boutique in New York on Madison Avenue<\/strong>, a strong symbol of its international outlook.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n In the years that followed, the brand continued to expand both geographically and in terms of its product offering, while remaining faithful to its philosophy: combining couture tradition with innovation tailored to the world of childhood. Its pop-up spa at Le Bristol Paris<\/strong> further illustrates this desire to offer a complete sensory experience centered on childhood and well-being.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n On the creative front, the brand has welcomed various artistic directors over the years, integrating designers who enrich its heritage while bringing a contemporary vision. The arrival of Esther Loonen<\/strong> in 2021<\/strong>, for example, marked a fresh momentum in the modernization of the collections.<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n More recently, Bonpoint underwent another major change<\/strong>: in January 2025, it was acquired by the Chinese conglomerate Youngor<\/strong>. This marked the beginning of a new chapter of expansion, particularly in Asia, while the brand continues to assert its ambition to preserve its DNA and its French craftsmanship.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n In 2025<\/strong>, Bonpoint celebrated its 50th anniversary<\/strong> – half a century of elegance and transmission<\/strong>.
